Singaraja – Undiksha Faculty of Education (FIP) held a Work Meeting (Raker) related to program evaluation in 2022, delivery of work programs in 2023 and plans for the development of FIP Undiksha in 2024 which took place in the Seminar Room (13/02/2023). The Work Meeting was attended by Deans, Department Heads, Study Program Coordinators, UPPBM Denpasar Chair and Secretary, Head of Laboratory, Cluster Chair, Functional Officers of Associate Experts and Junior Experts, Lecturers, and representatives of BEM and HMJ within FIP Undiksha. This time the meeting presented three speakers, namely, the Rector of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., Deputy Chancellor for General Administration, Planning, Finance and Resources of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., as well as representatives of the Bali Provincial Education Quality Assurance Agency (BPMP), Roni Karsidi, S.H., M.Sc.

In his remarks, the Dean of FIP, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., explained that the work program must refer to the Key Performance Indicators (IKU), including improving the quality of lecturers, quality of the curriculum, programs that dismiss lecturers, and teaching practitioners on campus. The official from Timbul Gianyar Village said that to achieve this work program, his party and staff had designed various breakthroughs including forming clusters as an effort to accelerate the achievement of faculty KPIs.

“The work program must be in accordance with the KPI set by the ministry and reduced to the Dean’s promise to the Chancellor. To support this, we have devised a strategy to help majors and study programs achieve this IKU, “explained Gading. Furthermore, the Number One Person at FIP ??Undiksha hopes that the Faculty of Education can achieve its goal of becoming a Trendsetter Faculty and even becoming an International Reputable Faculty. “In the future we hope to achieve our target and even go to International Reputable Faculty, as directed by the Chancellor,” he continued. After the activity, the Chancellor of Undiksha who was also a resource person, I Nyoman Jampel said, the leadership of the institution fully supports all work programs initiated by FIP Undiksha. The Chancellor for the two terms also appreciated FIP Undiksha’s determination to become a Trendsetter and an International Reputable Faculty. He considered this to be in line with the FIP METAKSU tagline (Serving Beyond Speech) and has been proven by the various achievements of cooperation with a number of partners on the international stage.
